Intake Closing Legal Assistant The candidate Acts as liaison between all parties to facilitate the timely contract execution and remain in compliance with our client’s SLA. Assists the buying party with any client specific documentation necessary to amend said contract at the time of execution as deemed critical by the client. Is the sole person to set forth to all parties the client’s specific guidelines of how the contract must be presented in order for proper execution. Will demonstrate the ability to assist the closer with research and acquiring information on a specific property (EX. Tax bill, Paid Assessment letter, lien payoff) and be able to analyze each document to determine the following; is this a valid claim? Is this something that must be paid by the seller? Is the ledger accurate? Once the following determinations are made, presentation of said documentation will be made to the client and approval from the client will be sought in order to take care of said issue. Will assist with depositing all incoming earnest money, properly notating it in complete closing and letting the assigned closer know. This all must be done in a timely fashion in order to comply with the client’s SLA as to how and when earnest money is received and/or returned. Will assist with analyzing all ledgers on each asset to make sure they remain in balance and if they are not, seeking to rectify the issue. Will need to be able to research any such discrepancies and be able to re-mediate the situations accordingly. Will assist with Water and Zoning as well as responsible for drawing REO documents as needed including but not limited to deeds and affidavits. Receive and distribute all department mail. Responsible for the ordering and distributing of all supplies for the entire REO department. Must be able to budget and prioritize the need versus want of supplies. Must have 2+ years of college required or the equivalent professional experience (minimally five year of experience) working within the Real Estate industry dealing with residential closings.

Get new management and discourage backstabbing. Close your doors and find a new niche. People were should not be treated as dirt

Pros : None there were no good experiences there. They people were very rude. Quick to criticize but never an apology when they are wrong
Cons : It was a horrible place to work. Very unprofessional with management screaming profanities at staff members. No appreciation for anything done there. I would not recommend the experience
