Administrative Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Provide all daily administrative support including but not limited to: calendar management, creating/editing correspondence, proposals, and reports; Primary responsibility will be to process (docket) all incoming project requests per established procedures including: client response, docketing, printing, and project system facilitation; Meet with Technical team to discuss daily docket reports and ensure due dates have been satisfied; Prepare and distribute reports for upcoming filing deadlines; Perform other administrative duties as required such as assistance with special projects; Handle and administer corporate/confidential documents; Provide courteous in-person greetings to all visitors/clients.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Biotech, Legal, Pharmaceutical experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, time, and task management skills. Assistant will be detail-oriented and can multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to display a courteous and professional demeanor at all times. Assistant will be a self-starter and show initiative while also being able to take direction. Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to matters of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) and Adobe Acrobat. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
