Risk Operations Analyst The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Senior Director of Risk Operations with the daily operational and functional requirements of the Corporate Integrity Risk Operations division. Will research questions and provide clarification on statutes, regulations, and/or other sub-regulatory guidance to the Senior Director. Log and track proposals, contracts, and business associate agreements for review by the Senior Director. Coordinate and prepare responses for inquiries from the offices of the Attorney General, District Attorneys, and for inquiries from attorneys on various issues and document all activities related to the inquiries. Support responsibilities of the Planâ€™s HHC Contract Liaison. Assist with related record keeping and reporting. Log and track all legal cases brought by or against firm's. Prepare evidence for counsel. Support Corporate Affairs/Integrity initiative to architect and implement new enterprise-wide Policies and Procedures Management Program. Support various Records Management initiatives to support retention and, where legally appropriate, destruction of paper and electronically stored records. Coordinate the execution of the Company disposition process for paper, physical, and electronic records and information. Assist with establishing, updating, and monitoring record retention policies and procedures for all records and information media throughout the Company. Other tasks, as directed by the Senior Director. Should have Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited institution.
