Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3-10 years of experience. Should have experience handling employment, environmental, toxic tort, product, commercial, general liability, construction, healthcare, professional liability, and insurance defense. Must be a driven team player with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, and proven skills in research. Trial experience is preferred. Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the relevant state.
