ProfileBusiness Affairs Manager The candidate will track and maintain approval, as needed, for all product imagery, photos of individuals, and copy. Work with functional teams to meet delivery deadlines by early identification of needs for, and timely securing, internal/external sign-offs. Will collect, organize, prepare, and assemble designer sketches and artwork (graphics, allover prints, logos, photographs) for submission to enabling functions for risk assessment and outside approvals. Project Management - Communicate with PLM’s, designers, graphic designers, developers, and others about the status of product and marketing initiatives. Maintain database of risk assessments and approval confirmations. Coordinate with firm Business Affairs/Legal to deliver functional trainings for Jordan Brand teams and their outside agencies working on and producing consumer-facing content. Assist in the stand-up of centralized Jordan contract files within the Enterprise Contract Management platform, and the creation, improvement and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and systems for the compliance program. Perform other operations and management tasks and responsibilities as directed by Jordan Operations and Jordan Legal. Bachelor degree and/or paralegal certificate and 3+ years of project management experience or paralegal experience is needed. Proficiency with Mac and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is needed. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, collegiality and team orientation is needed. Experience working in a large multinational corporate legal program is a plus.
