Immigration Paralegal The candidate will serve in preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa cases for major corporations and individuals on firm’s patented, online platform which includes duties to: Review and proofread complex evidence and documents for client cases; Track, monitor, and log evidence and documents for client cases; Create, compile, and prepare documentation for case filings; Finalize government-ready case filings for final attorney review. Draft and edit client Letters of Support for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Department of Labor (DOL). Proactively research new legislation and legal changes in immigration law. Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines for client cases. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Should have passion for immigration law and a desire to practice in the area of Employment Based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions. Desire to work with proprietary technology applications and computer software is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English grammar must be excellent is needed. Prior experience working in a professional services environment is must. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer software applications is needed. Closing Date: 2018-07-12
