The law office should consider working on the area of environment. The law office has done their job of getting attorneys and staff to work collectively and has caused a division. There needs to be higher compensation in wage for the staff and attorneys.Pros : The salary at the law office firm is consistent with what other places are offering. The law firm also offers PTO days and paid holidays.
