"Law Firm Salary on Par to Others"

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

The law office should consider working on the area of environment. The law office has done their job of getting attorneys and staff to work collectively and has caused a division. There needs to be higher compensation in wage for the staff and attorneys.

Pros : The salary at the law office firm is consistent with what other places are offering. The law firm also offers PTO days and paid holidays.
Cons : The office does not have a positive environment in terms of the way there is a division. There is a separation of attorneys and staff. It is difficult to receive a much better promotion in terms of wages.
