# Global Insurance Department - Associate Attorney Cozen O’Connor is an internationally recognized law firm that seeks an associate attorney to join the Global Insurance Department in their Chicago office. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of significant insurance coverage experience, and D&O and/or E&O experience is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as academic achievement. Candidates with litigation experience are preferred. ## Responsibilities - Provide counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters - Develop hands-on litigation experience - Represent insurance clients in matters involving errors and omissions, directors and officers coverage, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, construction defect, mass tort and environmental coverage, life sciences, and bad faith ## Qualifications - At least 3 years of significant insurance coverage experience - D&O and/or E&O experience is highly desirable - Excellent analytical and writing skills - Academic achievement - Litigation experience is preferred - Illinois bar admission required ## Salary The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. ## About Cozen O’Connor Cozen O’Connor is a leading law firm with over 750 attorneys located in 24 cities across two continents.
