Legal Assistant Duties: Responsible for working case files through the litigation process. Act as a support to attorney. Draft legal documents. E-file documents, schedule court hearings and maintain attorney calendars. Serve as a liaison between attorney and client for legal inquiries on assigned files. Responsible for maintaining budget on files.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or legal experience, preferred. Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel &Outlook. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Get new management and discourage backstabbing. Close your doors and find a new niche. People were should not be treated as dirt

Pros : None there were no good experiences there. They people were very rude. Quick to criticize but never an apology when they are wrong
Cons : It was a horrible place to work. Very unprofessional with management screaming profanities at staff members. No appreciation for anything done there. I would not recommend the experience
