Contracts/Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator The candidate will serve as Administrator of, and primary contact for, both internally and externally, the following database platforms: Meditract for contract management; PolicyStat for policy and procedure management; Insights Online for tracking of patient perception of care surveys. Assign permissions to database platform users and provide on-going training and support as needed. Manage up-dates to database platforms and develop - and run - reports needed to maximize the efficiency of the platforms. Oversee contract development, review, and approval processes, coordinating with RRHS contract Leaders and LifePoint Legal Department. Prepare identified Meditract reports for the Executive Team’s regular contracts review meetings. High School Diploma is required, with 3+years of related work experience Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience as Executive Assistant, Credentialing or Paralegal strongly preferred. Previous experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Strong computer knowledge and organization skill is necessary.
