The candidate's responsibilities include: Docketing Case Deadlines; Managing Attorney’s Calendar; Setting Mediation and Hearings; Drafting and E-Filing Pleadings; Drafting Correspondence; Communicating with Clients, Opposing Counsel, and Court Clerks; Preparing, Reviewing, and Analyzing Financial Disclosures and Discovery Requests/Responses; Hearing Preparation. Ability to Effectively Communicate with Clients and Co-Workers preferred. Strong Understanding of Applicable Rules and Statutes preferred. Exceptional Legal Writing Skills preferred. Ability to Manage Large Caseload and Multiple Attorneys preferred. Strong Familiarity with Worldox (or other document management database), TABS (or other timekeeping system), Outlook, and Microsoft Office preferred. 1-2 Years of Experience in Family Law Cases required.
