Profile

Family Law Clerkship The clerk will assist with its national family law impact litigation, public policy, and educational work. Will be interacting with members of the community who contact legal information helpline with family law questions and handling their questions from start to finish under the supervision and training of staff attorneys. Will conduct case research, update publications, and draft memos on a wide range of issues affecting LGBT families.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must be current law students. Familiarity with LGBT-related issues and a dedication to family law and social justice. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential as is the ability to take initiative and see projects through completion.
Duration: 10 week
Stipend: $50K
