Seeking Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of law firm experience and demonstrated ability to tackle pending cases at any point within the litigation process to play a major role supporting trial partners and associates in products liability and insurance defense practice areas. Candidate will handle: daily case management and administration, drafting discovery and pleadings, investigative research, trial preparation. Must have: BA/BS or paralegal certificate required. Superior written and oral communication, outstanding organization, attention to detail, concrete knowledge of legal field and defense work. Ability to work with minimal supervision, think independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong PC/MS Word skills. Document management software a plus. Work closer as a team so that everyone can learn and benefit from others' knowledge. Slow it down. We're not mules, we're people. We can't work like this for our entire career. Increase the pay if this is going to be like this.

Pros : A pretty good place to work if you consider these things a must. The HR department is wonderful. The supportive staff relations are great. It's in a great location, and you will get to work on some big cases.
Cons : Be prepared to work hard, and I don't mean just hard I mean nonstop no breaks. Your schedules will never be the same and your hours will be all over the place. It's almost disrespectful how little they care about how hard they expect you to work.
