Profile

We are seeking an experienced litigation legal secretary with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of court rules and both federal and state electronic filing requirements
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work within a team as well as independently, with or without supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat and the willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when engaging with clients and colleagues
