# Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) Faegre Drinker, a law firm with offices in Boulder, Chicago, Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, and Princeton, is actively recruiting a mid-level associate to join its Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice group. The successful candidate will have four to five years of experience in real estate litigation and will be involved in construction, real-estate litigation, and eminent domain matters throughout the country. ## Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: * Four to five years of experience in real estate litigation * Excellent writing skills * Attention to detail * Very strong academic credentials and analytical ability * An interest in trying cases * Prior stand-up experience (preferred but not required) ## Salary The salary range for this position in our Denver office is $235,000 - $255,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
