Law Clerk
The law clerk will assist with investigations, hearings, and trials. Day-to-day work will include assisting prosecutors with witness and police officer interviews, trial and discovery preparation, evidence gathering, drafting motions, and conducting legal research. Support prosecutors in court by assisting with all aspects of docket and case management from hearings to jury trials. Should be a current law school student, law school graduate, or awaiting admission to the Maryland Bar. Must be highly organized and motivated. Must possess demonstrated strong computer and technological literacy. Demonstrated proficiency in Lexis Nexis and Microsoft applications preferred.
