Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will review contracts and subcontracts. Provide risk analysis and feedback to staff regarding contracts. Ensure implementation and compliance with Company Policies & Procedures. Manage property & casualty insurance lines and application thereof to contracts. Complete regular ad hoc assignments, as delegated by the General Counsel. Work as a partner with multiple business units in order to evaluate risk when making business decisions. A J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school required. Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar (or taking the Bar Exam in Summer 2021). Eligible to be admitted as authorized in-house counsel in Florida. Should have excellent research, writing, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
