Location:

Duties:
- Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters
- Handle complex family law cases from initial consultation through to resolution
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in court, including hearings, trials, and mediations
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic counsel to clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice
- Develop and execute case strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs
- Ensure compliance with Arizona family law and regulations
- Uphold the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and client service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in divorce and family law (Required)
- Strong advocacy skills, with courtroom experience in family law matters
- High standard of ethics, professionalism, and client advocacy
- Knowledge of Arizona family law and regulations
- Ability to manage a full caseload and work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Required)
Skills:
- Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills
- Client-focused with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally
- Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic approach to settlement discussions
- Courtroom and trial experience in family law cases
