Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters
  • Handle complex family law cases from initial consultation through to resolution
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Represent clients in court, including hearings, trials, and mediations
  • Negotiate settlements and provide strategic counsel to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice
  • Develop and execute case strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona family law and regulations
  • Uphold the highest level of ethics, professionalism, and client service

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in divorce and family law (Required)
  • Strong advocacy skills, with courtroom experience in family law matters
  • High standard of ethics, professionalism, and client advocacy
  • Knowledge of Arizona family law and regulations
  • Ability to manage a full caseload and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Required)

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills
  • Client-focused with the ability to manage sensitive matters professionally
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic approach to settlement discussions
  • Courtroom and trial experience in family law cases
  • Ability to handle a diverse and demanding caseload
