General Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation, discovery and trial.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years commercial litigation experience, with experience in commercial bankruptcy/creditors' rights a plus.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Deposition and courtroom experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Barred in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Delaware bar a plus.
