The ideal candidate will have strong plaintiff personal injury and product liability experience, in addition to first chair trial experience. Responsibilities The Products Liability Attorney will be responsible for: • Handling a complex caseload, up to and including trial • Investigating, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda • Guiding clients through the case process • Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of expert reports and affidavits • Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications • Law degree from a fully accredited law school • Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association • Minimum of 3+ years' of product liability experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs • Exceptional research skills • Excellent client service and communication skills • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a close attention to detail Compensation Law Firm offers an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays for full-time employees.
