Profile

Paralegal Case Manger Candidate will help guide clients through complex personal injury claims (auto accidents, slip-and-fall, dog bites, etc.) from first contact to final settlement. Case managers gather and review medical documents and perform basic accounting while serving as the primary point of contact for insurance companies and clients on 75-plus files. will have a great opportunity to the learn about personal injury law, insurance claims, and medical records.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as this position undertakes both phone and in-person meetings with clients. Effective time management, independent work, and collaboration are a must. Must be comfortable using computers and technology in a fast-paced environment. Must also be detail oriented and self-motivated. An outgoing personality is very useful in this position because you will interact with many different individuals daily.
