Develop a professional presentation that is price & profit justifiable. Develop a negotiation format and schedule with prospects. Establish credit assessment for candidates. Coordinate sale with outside CPA. Log and record all inquiries and processes for sale. Coordinate the sales process and documentation. Lead the seller’s closing. Provide a post-sale history. Be available for subsequent buyer-seller disputes.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Previous experience as a merger & acquisition agent/counsel or other related fields. Must be financially prepared. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail.
