Thorough understanding of the litigation process is essential. Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…) and other legal software applications is essential. Professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skill is essential.
