The Fort Worth office of a law firm is looking for an intake attorney preferably with 5+ years of experience in criminal, family, or immigration law. The candidate will work closely with the firm's leadership team and report directly to the firm's State Intake Supervisor. Will conduct intake meetings with potential clients. Communicate with the firm's managers and leaders using multiple mediums (. email, written reports, one on one presentations, etc.). Ensure timely and adequate follow-up on every lead. Will also be surrounded by a supportive team of attorneys across the firm and more directly by a team of Intake Representatives who will hand-in-hand with the attorney to efficiently conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if a potential case falls within the scope of the practice areas (. criminal, family, civil, immigration, employment, and personal injury). Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Exceptional salesmanship skills are required. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
