The candidate will prepare US employment-based, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa filings to US Department of Labor, US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of State, and US Customs and Border Protection. Compile immigration eligibility documents and analyze individuals’ potential immigration benefits, including for H-1B and L-1 visa processing. Assist with coordinating global immigration matters with our network of local counsel across the globe. Provide consular application services, including coordinating visa applications and document legalization/authentication. Communicate clearly and effectively, based on attorney advice, on immigration benefits, government procedures, and case processing time lines. Assist multiple attorneys with meticulously tracking and reporting on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines. Maintain a high sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines while meeting client requirements. Adhere to strict delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of services and work product. Must have Bachelor’s degree with solid academic credentials and 4+ years of work experience preparing US nonimmigrant filings (including H-1Bs, L-1A/L-1Bs, and TNs), as well as US immigrant filings, including PERM Labor Certifications, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 I-140s, and Adjustment of Status Applications. Experience must include managing various priorities simultaneously in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Must have experience working on global immigration matters, including consular processing and document legalization/authentication. Should have experience delivering client services in accordance with SLAs.

There needs to be a focus on offering employees a varied work schedule. Management should work towards improving in the area of treating the support team with more respect.
