Review:

"Their Heart Is In The Right Place"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Focus a little more on the bottom line and on the future. This a good place to work, but there is no way in can continue much longer in its current condition.

Pros : Cook & Brown tries really hard to give its employees a good life. Benefits and pay are slightly above average. Good support system.
Cons : Focus a little too much on making employees comfortable. Some employees and management need their feet held to the fire to get work done.
