Cook Brown, LLP, a Sacramento boutique labor & employment firm is seeking an associate with four-six years litigation experience.

The ideal Associate candidate will handle discovery, prepare motions, conduct depositions and interviews and otherwise handle all pretrial work. Associate will also provide counseling and advice to employer clients on hiring, firing and compensation issues. Candidate must have employment litigation experience. Wage hour class action and PAGA experience is preferred but not required. Thorough research and writing skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $137,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year
