Duties:
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications for organic, medicinal, and related fields.
- Conduct patentability searches and analysis.
- Draft and review patent claims, specifications, and related documents.
- Provide legal opinions on patent matters, including freedom-to-operate and infringement analysis.
- Advise clients on patent strategy, portfolio management, and intellectual property issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, patent examiners, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current with developments in patent law and relevant scientific fields.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Patent Agent.
- PhD or MD in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field.
- USPTO registration number is required.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
