Review:

"Working with the Big Boys."

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

A little more personal touch would go a long way, let the lawyers know they're valued as people and not simply as cogs in the machine.

Pros : This firm is huge, both in the number of lawyers it has, the size of the clients it deals with and its reputation. Working here for me will be a huge boost to my resume if I ever move somewhere else, and I never lack for resources when it comes to my work. I get to network with some very connected people.
Cons : The pressure is so intense, working in a place like this if you don't product you're out, there's 20 other lawyers who would love to have your spot. Dealing with large clients is always difficult and people expect the best of me at all times.

I was incredibly happy with the site. I thought it was very easy to use; had significantly more postings than any other site (or combination of sites); and provided a lot of useful information. (the number, and caliber, of job postings). Exactly what I was looking for – I have 5 years’ experience and was looking for a lateral move or an in-house position, and that’s exactly what I found!
