Attorney II The candidate duties include representing indigent clients in misdemeanor and felony cases in Superior Court. Must meet the qualifications and have the necessary skills to perform the job duties and responsibilities for the position. Must be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. A strong commitment to indigent defense is required. Trial experience is preferred. Should have Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university and license to practice law in the State of Georgia OR eligibility to sit for the next Georgia Bar examination OR reciprocity and 1 year of relevant legal experience OR 1 year of experience required at the lower level Attorney 1 (LEP020).
