Corporate Paralegal Contract The candidate should have solid experience maintaining, drafting, negotiating and editing contracts. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail, and will effectively be able to manage executive administrative functions such as calendaring and scheduling, preparation of corporate books and filings and will have excellent MS Office skills. Experience maintaining corporate entities, minutes, and books is needed, Bachelor's degree preferred; and 3 years of relevant Paralegal experience with strong preference given to candidates with a Paralegal Certificate.
