Contracts Administrator The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and/or writing various contracts for with Firm customers. Advises management on the different risks involved with changes in the contract language. Will work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy. Coordinate actions with legal if needed. Stay up-to-date with legislative changes. Report status of current contract processes to management. Resolve any existing contract conflicts. Review and update existing contracts. Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties. Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts. Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages. Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied. Follow up to guarantee contractual payments have been made. Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization. Maintain organized system of physical and digital records.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 5+ years of work experience as a contracts administrator. Should have BS degree in Business Administration. Should have 3+ years of experience working in the software industry. 2+ years of experience as a paralegal is essential. Knowledge of agreements in an indirect sales model is essential. Contract Management certification is preferred. Strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to convey complex information is essential. Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel skill is required
