Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the firm's internal legal management systems.
Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity in all legal matters.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess legal situations effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with legal teams when necessary.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active membership in the New York State Bar.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles is preferred.
