Senior Administrative Professional/Paralegal
Duties: Serve as a Paralegal Specialist in support of AFCEC/CFTP operations, providing assistance to matters that do not require a law degree and admission to the bar. Gather, analyze and prepare litigation reports for submission to legal officials. Use statistical techniques to gather and analyze date to evaluate the usefulness in researching legal issues. Compose a variety of legal documents such as affidavits and other agreements as determined necessary by the responsible attorney. Provide support for contract administration and closeout procedures Utilize AF systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Document Access (EDA), myInvoice, AskDFAS, and ConWrite. Support project -level acquisition, management, closeout. Assist with completing documentation required in support of contract acquisition and modification packages in support of construction projects. Coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues with acquisition, funding, and project management requirements. Update/maintain electronic files and structures. Track and route design and construction submittals. Assist with funding requests and reconciling funds requested/received and submitting purchase requests. Assist with dispute resolution and requests for equitable adjustment through data gathering and report review.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Accredited degree in a Paralegal related field. 10+ years of experience in a combination of Government Procurement, Project Management, and Litigation Support. Experience with DoD Contracting, Procurement, Paralegal aspects. Experience providing support for contract administration and closeout procedures. Knowledge and experience utilizing AF systems such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Document Access (EDA), myInvoice, AskDFAS, and ConWrite. Experience supporting project -level acquisition, management, closeout. Experience in assisting with completing documentation required in support of contract acquisition and modification packages in support of construction projects. Prior experience coordinating with stakeholders and resolve issues with acquisition, funding, and project management requirements. Experience updating/maintaining electronic files and structures. Experience tracking and routing design and construction submittals. Experience assisting with funding requests and reconciling funds requested/received and submitting purchase requests. Experience assisting with dispute resolution and requests for equitable adjustment through data gathering and report review. Familiarity with databases. Successful completion of a T-1 Trustworthiness background check for a Common Access Card (CAC), or the ability to obtain one. Motivated self-starters requested. Strong verbal & written communication skills.
