San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment defense litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience on either the defense or plaintiff's side. The candidate should have employment litigation experience, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and employment contract cases. Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes is needed. Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions, and the capability of working independently is preferred. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodations, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial. Law Review and/or Moot Court experience is preferred. Must be admitted to the CA Bar. Should have a . degree from an ABA-accredited Law School. Must possess strong academic credentials. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
