Conflicts Analyst Candidate will have responsibility for the entire conflict research and identification process as it relates to new business of the firm, from research and identification through resolution and clearance. This includes preparing initial conflicts analysis, providing support to firm attorneys in resolution and clearing of conflicts and drafting of engagement and waiver letters. Will partner with attorneys in the departmentâ€™s leadership to ensure firm compliance with ethical rules governing lawyers and complete other projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s Degree and 5 years of professional work experience or 2 years of related legal experience. Prior experience working in a law firm conflicts research role or as a paralegal is highly desirable. Additionally, a successful candidate will possess strong issue identification, research and analytical skills; strong communication, customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills; and proven ability to provide high quality, accurate and efficient work product in a high volume environment.
