Document Processor in the Foreclosure Department The candidate will review foreclosure documents to verify correct verbiage, accurate dates and facts; Ensure printed backup documents (note, mortgage, assignment, print screens, corporate resolution, and prior recorded foreclosure documents) are consistent with the source foreclosure documents being prep for signature for signer and notary; Make sure no errors are in source foreclosure document; Confirm corporate resolution identifies appropriate signer for signature; Submit document for review and execution; Scan documents into image system and update servicing system when sent to attorney. Update daily log indicating complete assignment. Perform all other responsibilities and duties deemed other duties as assigned. Maintain a professional attitude and atmosphere within the department. Must be self-motivated; with strong time management skills; works well independently; works well with others and a team player. Must be able to work in a deadline driven fast paced environment. Paralegal experience helpful. Should have intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Should have intermediate math skills.
