Greensboro office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will consult with clients. Will review details of cases and develop strategies. Gather evidence and interview witnesses. Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs and other legal documents. Conduct pre-trial activities, including depositions and mediations. Handle court, agency and ADR proceedings, including motion hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Should be licensed in North Carolina and either licensed in South Carolina or working to obtain a South Carolina license as soon as possible. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills are required, including the ability to advocate for clients before the Court.
