Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will coordinate and handle client billing. Will process expenses and time entries for assigned attorneys. Scheduling travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments. Correspond with clients and attorneys. Review and distribute incoming mail; draft letters and documents as requested. Attention to personal tasks for partners. Case management, maintaining databases; accurate and efficient data and document management is critical for role. Document review; preparing materials for attorney review; fact and basic legal research; prepare charts and demonstratives. Provide support during trials. Must be comfortable and self-confident working alongside associates and partners at junior and senior levels. Should have Bachelor’s Degree. Prior office or law firm experience a plus. Strong organizational, communication and project management skills are essential. Must have strong administrative skills, excellent verbal and written communication and proactive. Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
