Senior Compliance Counsel The candidate will be responsible for the Company’s compliance throughout the Americas and Asia and provide advice and counsel, including ethics compliance, anti-corruption, gifts and hospitality, anti-trust, data protection including Privacy Shield and GDPR, trade compliance, and generally US-based laws and regulations. We are seeking a motivated strong leader to help a company execute its business plan and remain in strict compliance with all laws and regulations. Law degree and license to practice law in the United States are needed. Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (“CCEP”) or other relevant/equivalent audit/compliance certification is desired. Strong leadership skills. Selected candidate will be the interface between the Company in the US and all European and Asian affiliates are needed. JD degree is needed. Should have 8+ years of experience. Should have 8 -10 years of experience as a compliance counsel, preferably including in-house legal experience. Advanced interpersonal skills such as the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence senior leaders, to deliver effective verbal and written communications, ability to operate and lead within complex team structures, able to analyze problems, establish facts, and make complex decisions with little to no supervision is needed. Foreign language ability is desired.
