The candidate should have litigation experience with legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda as well as motions and briefs. Some trial and pre-trial experience, as well as experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and counseling clients on matters related to litigation will be required. Texas licensure is required. New Mexico licensure is a plus. A federal district court or circuit court of appeals clerkship is treated with credit toward Shareholder. Bilingual in Spanish skills and ties to the Borderplex Region are desirable.
