Personal Injury Receptionist Duties : Shall work closely with the attorneys, paralegal and staff in answering phones; greeting clients, attorneys and all other visitors; processing incoming and outgoing mail; scheduling appointments; entering data into a case management program (Abacus Law) and handling other general office duties as required. Responding to a variety of inquiries or requests from attorneys, staff or clients. The position requires strong written and spoken communication skills.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements : Should have solid prior legal experience in a law firm setting. Personal injury pre and post litigation experience is required. Should be bilingual with fluency in Spanish. Experience with case management software Abacus Law preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook.
Job start date should be on or before 4 Dec 2017 and Interviews till 1 Dec 2017.
