Legal Administrative Assistant Contract The candidate will support attorneys by performing a variety of administrative duties, including drafting legal correspondence, answering phones and greeting visitors and communicating with attorneys, clients and court personnel. Will produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, coordinating case preparation. Drafting letters and documents; Collecting and analyzing information; organizing client conferences, and attorney meetings; scheduling couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses, and other special functions. Should have associates Degree, preferably in the Legal field, is required. Bachelorâ€™s Degree is preferred. Firm grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn software platforms quickly is essential.
