"Great Place to Work"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 01, 2019

Pros : KCNF is a great place to build a career in employment and labor law. The work is fast-paced, interesting, and meaningful. Attorneys are given as much responsibility as they are prepared to handle, and the firm encourages every attorney to take on opportunities to grow professionally and build a name for themselves in their fields. The attorneys have a wealth of experience, and the firm fosters a culture where junior attorneys can (and do) approach senior attorneys at any time and receive their full attention and insight.
Cons : KCNF is a litigation firm, and litigation can be stressful. If you want to pursue a career in labor and employment litigation, however, there isn’t a better place to do it.
