Paralegal The candidate will prepare corporate documents including secretaryâ€™s certificates, resolutions, minutes, corporate organizational matters and other documentation related to Corporate Secretarial functions. Will assist with preparation for Board meetings and for the Company annual meeting. Analyze contracts, leases and other legal documents to summarize key data. Litigation support including managing intake of litigation matters and case project management and reporting through all phases of litigation. Tracking and reporting on legal expenses. Perform legal and other research as requested Manage electronic file organization and document management for Legal Department. Comprehensive Calendar manager. Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and other documents. Perform general administrative duties such as , coping, faxing, filing, mail distribution, and other tasks as directed. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Associate degree or higher and paralegal certificate or a combination of paralegal certificate and relevant experience is preferred. Should have 5+ years of legal support experience, oil and gas industry or public company knowledge strongly preferred. Resourceful problem solver employing a diversity of creative ideas to resolve problems while achieving goals and objectives is needed. Outstanding and effective verbal and written communication skills are needed.
