Corporate Paralegal The candidate will draft and file formation documents for corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, business trusts, and non-profit entities. Will assemble, catalogue and assist attorneys in analyzing due diligence. Maintain corporate and stock records. Track and maintain entity status and good standing, including drafting and filing Annual Reports, Statements of Change, Articles of Amendment, etc. Review/research/file with Registry of Deeds. Review/prepare/coordinate UCC filings. Process audit letters.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelorâ€™s Degree. Should have 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Probate experience is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Should be Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential.
