Boston office of our client seeks IP attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate should have NJ Bar admission, patent registration with the USPTO, and a demonstrated comfort with computer-related technologies. Should have substantial experience with all aspects of both trademark and patent prosecution, domestic and international. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, or the like is preferred. Should also have a significant background in related areas, including technology transactions, litigation/arbitration, and opinion counsel.
