This firm needs to have more options for employees to move forward. Otherwise they will get bored and look for better opportunities elsewhere.Pros : I've worked at this firm for several years now and can honestly say it's one of the best places to work. The hours are perfect and give you a good work and home balance. Management and I get along great and I've made some really good friendships at this firm.
