Senior Customer Success Manager - (Contract Lifecycle Management) The candidate will serve as thought leader, customer advocate and partner to Firms most strategic customers in their use of Firms CLM/CLM+/Analyzer/CSM offerings. Will develop and execute success plans in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success partners to reflect a holistic path to a modernized system of agreement. Analyze usage patterns and deployment to provide insights and guidance. Liaise between key customer stakeholders and internal teams at Firms. Measure the results of executed strategies to determine their efficacy. Drive cross-functional opportunities for adoption growth. Deliver adoption-related insights and readouts of specific customer outcomes. Influence execution of comprehensive account and product level “Success Plans” and associated customer interactions. Identify customer resource requirements and dependencies and address gaps. Collaborate and communicate with Sales/Support to ensure alignment on plans.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have BA/BS degree. Must have P4 More than 12 years of customer-facing experience managing to successful and proven outcomes. Must have experience with enterprise platforms such as ECM, Document Management, Contract Management, Contract Analytics or BPM systems or equivalent experience delivering solutions directed to at least one element of the agreement lifecycle (creation, negotiation, execution, post-execution management to disposition). Prior experience in solution design and delivery, either in a professional services or technical delivery role is preferred. Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management processes and workflows is desired. Experience supporting artificial intelligence/machine learning supported solutions in the contract or electronic discovery vertical is a plus. Project management, business process reengineering knowledge and/or first-hand experience is preferred. Specialized degree/certifications related to contracting process (i.e. JD, procurement cert, e-discovery certifications, contract or legal ops certifications, paralegal) is desired. Experience in a field organization with targets and financial goals is a plus.
