ProfileIP Coordinator The candidate will serve as IP Coordinator to support the Firm's Intellectual Property Department. Will assist attorneys with preparation of documents to procure patents and register trademarks and copyright, and assist in all phases of litigation for claims of patent/trademark/copyright infringement and related proceedings. Handle all substantive secretarial, IP administration/docketing, and paralegal work for the Firm's IP lawyers. Minimum 2-year degree in paralegal studies or NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) certification is required. Prefer Bachelor's degree or equivalent from 4-year college or university plus paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program. Must have 2+years of experience as an intellectual property paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department environment and proficiency in MS Word 2010 are required.
